Qualified staff, competence and demonstrated capabilities form the basis of the Microsoft Certified Partner program. Unlike the lesser Microsoft Partner status, freely available to any reseller of Microsoft product, the ‘certification’ program was developed by Microsoft to set and maintain technical standards within the IT support industry. Microsoft Certified Partner recognition is an assurance to the customer, that the partner can deliver efficient and appropriate solutions, using Microsoft tools and platforms.

As a Microsoft Certified Partner, Computer Initiatives employs minimum numbers of Microsoft Certified Systems Engineers (MCSEs) and Microsoft Certified Professionals (MCPs). Our technical staff has high levels of technical expertise, and proven ability to deliver solutions featuring Microsoft products. These MCSEs and MCPs have all studied for, and passed, certification exams developed by Microsoft.

Proven competency in implementing technology solutions based on Microsoft Windows Server and Windows Small Business Server operating system technology, means we are permitted to display the Networking Infrastructure Solutions competency, alongside the Certified Partner logo.

Computer Initiatives staff receives extensive training and support for technical readiness, and has access to many of the same resources and tools as Microsoft’s own Systems Engineers. Through the Microsoft Certified Partner program, our staff can access support from Microsoft 24 x 7 x 365.
